I'm Erica Farnan, a mother of 3, and I've been where you are. A sleep deprived mother willing to do whatever I can to help my family get better sleep. I've made it my mission to help other overtired families get the sleep they deserve.

I am the mother of 3 amazing children, two energetic boys, ages four and two, and a sweet and innocent 8-month-old girl. While I sleep trained all 3 of my children during infancy, my biggest struggle came when my second was around 17 months old. For over a year we struggled with split nights, where he'd wake up for anywhere from 1.5-5 hours straight in the middle of the night and just not be able to go back to sleep, despite his best efforts at going back to sleep.
